This new exhibit at The Archives of Falconry transports visitors to the Arabian Peninsula, desert home of the ancient, unbroken tradition of Arab falconry.

A massive, woven goat-hair tent is the central icon of the exhibit. It provides a backdrop to the story of contemporary falconry and its origins among the Bedu (Bedouin) nomads. A mix of audio, video, graphics, artifacts, immersive environments and artwork interpret the art of Arabian falconry for an American audience and illustrate the legacy of Sheikh Zayed, the late President of the United Arab Emirates, a visionary leader of conservation...Click here for more
