Feasibility Studies

A Feasibility Study is a solid evaluation of an idea or project. It analyzes the realities of the project to determine its chances for success. A Feasibility Study identifies key hurdles that must be overcome to realize the vision. It also evaluates the elements that are critical for a successful and sustainable project. These include location, architecture, facility size, capital funding, operating costs, programming and visitor experience, levels of support in the market, and governance and management structure.
