H.R. MacMillan Space Centre

The Space Centre challenges visitors to participate in the discovery and exploration of our planet, solar system and the universe beyond. The challenge was to develop intriguing and entertaining exhibits that remained current in a field where discoveries occur daily.

To meet these needs, exhibits were designed to provide a basic understanding of space science. Ground Station Canada provides visitors a close-up view of what it is like to live at a space station. This multi-purpose theatre offers the latest in space news and programs, featuring live presentations on rocket science.
