The Osoyoos Indian Band wanted to create a dynamic new centre that celebrates their rich history, their deep connections to the land and their stewardship of endangered species.

AldrichPears Associates worked with the Band, community and Elders to determine how best to interpret the stories they wished to share, staying true to the Band's values of honoring, caring, and respecting. Band Elders guided all aspects of the interpretive design. All interpretation conveys the Osoyoos people's core values of honor, caring, sharing and respect.
